Any property maintenance or repairs should be requested through the Resident Services section on the Storyhouse Resident App. The Storyhouse team will arrange for one of our contractors to attend to the issue promptly.
The majority of Storyhouse properties have Air-to-Water heat pumps installed. These are a relatively new technology and we appreciate that they can take some time to become familiar with. In the Building Library section on our Storyhouse Resident App, you will find user manuals and videos that will explain how best to work the heating system in your property. Our team will be happy to assist you should any queries arise, and advise on the optimum settings for your heat pump.

Limited parking is available across most of our properties at a charge of €50 per month (subject to availability). To enquire about parking in your development please submit a request through the Resident Services section on the Storyhouse Resident App. We also have DriveYou and GoCar vehicles available at a selection of our developments.
Your Storyhouse Resident App contains links to relevant public transport information for your area e.g. real time bus timetables, location of bus stops, information on the Luas and DART services, as well as information on local cycle routes.
Yes, typically all of our properties have allocated visitor parking. Each property is subject to it’s own specific parking regulations. To enquire about visitor parking for your property, please submit a request through the Resident Services section on the Storyhouse Resident App.

All Storyhouse managed properties have an A-rated BER (Building Energy Rating) certificate. We procure 100% green electricity for all landlord areas. We also encourage tenants to avail of smart energy offerings available from our energy supply partners. Our lease agreements include a specific section on ESG which includes green focused obligations on both tenant and landlord.

Yes, we allow pets in our rental properties subject to a pet deposit, suitable property approval and agreement to our pet policy.
