Conscious About Energy
To power the common areas in our properties, we partner with energy providers who supply electricity generated from renewable sources such as wind, solar, and hydroelectric. We also aim to provide smart meters in our properties so that residents can learn about their electricity usage and actively work towards reducing it.
Carbon Emissions
We understand our responsibility to operate our properties in a manner that is sensitive to the environment. We are therefore committed to monitoring the carbon emissions associated with our properties, to consistently review progress against our objectives and targets, and to report on performance to our stakeholders in order to promote transparency.
